I’m Julius Bauer, born on the 13th January 1996. From an early age on I was heavily interested in biographies, stories about discoveries and history. As soon as I could, I started to document my own surroundings.

My photography is inspired by situation. I have always been interested in the banality of a moment. To confront people with a reality they can’t escape, because an image speaks a very direct language. It simply exists and you have to deal with it.
